Time: 1 pm
Place to meet: City Hall MRT, ticket counter
*Who reached first please call others.
What going to happened:
We will be going out as a group to have lunch first @ city hall after that
we will head Marina Square to have fun while playing either pool, bowling or arcade( own Pocket $$$).
For people who want to leave early due to some reason like got something on etc. family, training.
You are allowed to do so. We will see you there soon.

To all Chairman...a reminder for u,since it's have been the sch holidays i dont wish to make any meeting but we have to...if we can use the sc rm since it's sch holiday i'm nt sure if the sch are open,if the sch are nt open than we will have our meeting at national library near bugis...the meeting is on 22 DEC 08 timing is to be confirm...the meeting is abt the proposal and event tat is going to happen...

CHAIRMAN...remember...every thing tat we ask u to pass down to ur assistant and ur member pls pass down to all of them...i dont want anyone to leave out...and pls if u gt any assignment to do pass some of the stuff to ur own ppl...dont try to do it alone...wrk together...

Reminder 22 DEC 08 Gt meeting for all exco's....remember to bring down ur proposal and writing paper...timing is to be cnfm...


For the Sc t-shirt for BR and the combine college west t-shirt,are u guys willing to do it...Chairman take note of this ask ur ppl...and write down the answer yes or no in the tag box... so there will be 5 answer each from Project,Cca,Pnc,House and Welfare....Tell the answer by tml at 4p.m.
ITE East have organize a new outing on Sunday 14 Dec 2008.

Venue: City Hall
Time: 2pm
Their plans, to watch movie. After that, maybe going bowling or playing pool.

The plans are to chill out =)
